Buying USDC from Binance

Step-by-Step Guide to Buying USDT and Converting to USDC on Binance

Binance primarily offers USDT (Tether), another popular stablecoin, rather than USDC directly. However, you can easily buy USDT on Binance and then convert it to USDC. Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Access Binance

  • Open Binance: Launch the Binance website or mobile app.

  • Log In: Sign in to your Binance account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one and complete any necessary identity verification.

Step 2: Direct Purchase of USDT

  • Navigate to Direct Purchase Page: You can visit this to directly buy USDT with Fiat. Make sure you are logged in to your Binance account.

  • Select Currency: Choose the fiat currency (e.g., USD) you wish to use for purchasing USDT.

  • Enter Amount: Specify how much USDT you want to buy. The platform will automatically show you how much it will cost in your selected fiat currency.

Step 3: Choosing Payment Method

  • Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method from the options provided. This could be a bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other available methods.

  • Enter Payment Details: Provide the necessary payment details. If you’re using a card, you’ll need to enter card information.

Step 4: Completing the Purchase

  • Review Transaction: Before finalizing, review the transaction details, including the amount of USDT, the fiat cost, and any applicable fees.

  • Confirm and Buy: Confirm the details and complete the purchase. Your USDT should be credited to your Binance wallet shortly.

Step 5: Verifying Your USDT Balance

  • Check Wallet Balance: After the transaction, visit your ‘Fiat and Spot’ wallet on Binance to confirm that the USDT has been added to your balance.

Convert USDT to USDC: Once you have the USDT in your Binance wallet, go to this and enter the amount of USDT you want to convert to USDC.
