# Follow any trader from GMX

**Step 1:** 

Go to [Alfred](https://app.alfred.capital/copy-trading) and connect your wallet.

**Step 2:**&#x20;

Open the [GMX Leaderboard](https://www.gmx.house/arbitrum/leaderboard) in another tab and copy the wallet address of your favorite trader from there.

**Step 3:**&#x20;

Now click on the Copy Trader by Address button.

**Step 4:**&#x20;

Paste the trader’s address that you got from GMX and click on next.

**Step 5:**&#x20;

1. Enter the amount that you want to invest and allocate to that trader.
2. Set the maximum amount per trade. This amount should be less than the 'Total Funds' amount by **10 USDC.**
3. Agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Optional: If you want to take opposite trades of the trader that you are looking to follow, then toggle the '**Reverse Copy**' option up. The reverse copy feature will allow you to copy trades in opposite directions. For example, if the copied trader opens a long position, a short position will be opened for you.
5. Click on start copy trading.

**Step 6:**

Click on Permit USDC.

**Step 7:**

To get the permit, sign on the wallet request.

**Step 8:**

Click on Copy Trade.

**Step 9:**

Confirm to finalize your investment and then click on done.
